The last update has reset the 4 quests. If someone have done before the update he can redo them and get the proofs. But in my case (I already did them and got the reverie gift) Fylinn refuse to take the proofs.

Yup I did this twice, on my first acccount I did all the quests on my Rit & opened the gift with my Necro. On my 2nd account I ran prophecies with my Warrior & did the rest with my Monk & was able to open the gift with my Monk.

Ive only heard of people getting the shortbow, that doesnt mean its the only possibility though.
